For a date issue, paste the calculator’s Share link and describe what you expected to see. Include the species, breed selection, and whether your record is an observed breeding date or an exposure period. If you compared a printed chart or another source, include its link and counting convention if known.
For a herd-planner issue, describe the action and browser involved. Remove private animal notes or identifying farm information before sending a list or screenshot. Do not email a full herd list unless it is needed to explain the problem.
We review reports to check the calculation, source, or wording involved. A response time is not guaranteed.
